Since 2013, Mr. Palmer has been at the center of local business deals that require experienced management and oversight of extraordinarily complex ownership structures using unconventional financing mechanisms. These deals have exceeded $1.5 Billion in new revitalization and investment strategies for communities located across Texas.
Prior to 2013, Mr. Palmer held senior management positions at REDICO, a recognized Michigan-based real estate development and investment company with assets of more than $2 Billion, and the HERTZ CORPORATION, a $10 Billion global brand then-owned by FORD MotorCompany.
Mr. Palmer was twice recognized with the heralded Hertz President’s Award for outstanding performance and achievement related to brand expansion, operations, profitability, and customer service. Mr. Palmer is a graduate ofSouthern Methodist University and was a SMU-in-Oxford scholar at UniversityCollege, Oxford, England. He attends Providence Church in Frisco, Texas, and has served as Vice President, Board of Directors at Craig Ranch, a 2,200-acre master planned community located in McKinney, Texas.

A substantial portion of these recognized projects involve the sourcing, acquisition, and development of land tracts, which thereafter require thorough due diligence, concept planning, zoning & entitlement, budget & finance, and construction/post-construction management.
Known for his business acumen and track record of success, Mr. Trivedi has garnered a respected reputation within the industry and among investors. To date, he has developed a vast network of industry professionals and local government leaders by completing dozens of successful projects, worth over $500M in 25+ cities within North Texas.

Devansh is a North Texas native who is deeply passionate about the evolution of real estate development in the DFW market. With family roots in north Texas, Mr. Trivedi is dedicated to maximizing the potential of every new project leveraging local insight and professional knowledge to deliver the best possible results for cities, communities, and all stakeholders involved.
Mr. Trivedi’s experience is shaped by a career built on technical discipline and a strong work ethic. He began his first professional internship at 18 while earning his Electrical Engineering and Nanoscience degrees at UT Dallas, later completing a prestigious research fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical School. Before moving into real estate, he spent more than 15 years at Raytheon Technologies, where he managed a team of 14 engineers producing advanced infrared systems. His work there earned him the Up & Coming Award from the President of Missile Systems and Technical Honors recognition from the Intelligence & Space Division—milestones that reflect his ability to lead complex projects with high stakes and little to no margin for error.
Having served previously on City Master Planning committees and worked through several diverse Real Estate projects, Mr. Trivedi appreciates firsthand the vital importance of aligning development strategies with future city and county growth objectives to deliver high-impact results. He likes to be hands-on, collaborating directly with city managers, investors, engineering firms, architects, general contractors, tax consultants, title companies, and lenders to execute projects from the initial planning phase through to a completed successful finish. Devansh ensures that every project is navigated with collaborative value and the highest quality to produce thriving and lasting success for all interested parties.

His academic background includes published research in nanoscale electronics, quantum effects, photonic structures, and biosensor systems. His early professional work focused on advanced R&D of patented & patent-pending technologies and the design of complex semiconductor, medical diagnostic, and microfluidic systems. Over more than a decade in high-tech startups, he progressed from hands-on scientific leadership to executive roles, developing not only state-of-the-art technologies but also the operational rigor required to evaluate feasibility, manage intellectual property, pitch investors, secure funding, and translate innovation into businesses.
As Founder, CTO, and President of TrivTech Dx, Dr. Trivedi led the development of a next-generation miniaturized molecular diagnostic platform combining automated microfluidic cartridges with a compact electronic instrument designed for point-of-care and in-home use. His work encompassed system architecture, assay development, semiconductor sensor design, automation, and long-term product strategy, including a vision for a data-driven telemedicine ecosystem built around home diagnostics. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Scientific Officer at Diagtronix, where he led technical innovation & business development and managed multidisciplinary research teams working on advanced biosensor technologies. Founding and leading technology ventures from concept through execution instilled in him a builder’s mindset—innovating solutions to complex problems, managing risk, owning outcomes, and focusing relentlessly on value creation.
